Residential

The Tiger Neo 3.0 residential range is built for Australian and New Zealand homes. Available in both standard and all-black finishes, giving homeowners the choice between proven performance with a traditional aesthetic, or the same performance in a premium all-black design.

Commercial & Industrial

 Designed specifically for the Australian market. The Tiger Neo 3.0 commercial and industrial range delivers higher power per panel in a larger format, ideal for warehouses, manufacturing sites, agribusiness, retail centres and larger rural properties. Available in both standard and all-black finishes.

Utility

 The flagship Tiger Neo 3.0 module, built for utility-scale and large ground-mount projects. With 85±5% bifaciality, it generates additional energy from the rear of the panel, capturing reflected light off the ground for maximum yield in high-albedo conditions.

Efficiency and Reliability

TOPCon Cells

Neo 3.0 employs 27% efficient, next-generation TOPCon cells, delivering 670W output at 24.8% module efficiency.

Efficient Bifacial Power Generation
  • The mainstream TOPCon bifacial rate is at 80%, while Tiger Neo 3.0 bifacial rate is at 85±5%, which is significantly higher than the 70–75% of BC bifacial rate.
  • Within the same scenario, its higher bifaciality yields an integrated power output approximately 1.34%–1.94% above that of BC counterparts — equating to an additional 9–13W for 670W modules.

Excellent Low Light Performance

In low‑irradiance performance conditions (such as cloudy, or dawn/dusk), TOPCon modules demonstrate superior performance, with power generation increasing by 2.26–2.49%.

Optimized Temperature Coefficient

By integrating MAX technology and an advanced passivation design, the temperature coefficient is optimized to −0.26%/°C, delivering additional energy yield for high‑temperature installations.

UV Resistance Performance

TOPCon modules demonstrate superior performance in UVID testing. Particularly after UV testing, TOPCon modules exhibit better UV resistance degradation compared to other technologies.
